Panel discussion

In this panel discussion, chaired by Sir Jim Smith, we hear from panellists Nick Hopwood, Tamina Lebek, Maria Leptin and Jennifer Lippincott-Schwartz.

In this concluding session of the Biologists @ 100 conference, 24-27 March 2025 in Liverpool, UK, we touch on questions including: How should science progress? What will science look like in 2125? Will we be looking to different kinds of answers to different kinds of questions? What will be the effect of artificial intelligence and machine learning? And how can we make sure that we will still be here to celebrate the 200th anniversary of The Company of Biologists?
