Journal of Cell Science is a great journal and has a long history of publishing important work about trypanosomes and as my institution has a Read & Publish agreement with The Company of Biologists, this is one of my go to journals when we publish Open Access research articles. This agreement takes the stress out of having to secure additional funding so we can readily publish the work of our PhD students and other researchers in an Open Access manner.
