Development has been one of my favorite journals since graduate school. Learning that the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill had a Read & Publish agreement with the journal was a wonderful surprise! Being able to publish fee-free in a well-respected journal with rigorous and fair reviews helps us allocate more funding toward doing science and supporting trainees.
